Final scope, schedule, and pricing for any project are set in a written agreement signed by both parties.

When you submit a form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to share it. By providing your phone number or email and accepting the optional marketing checkbox, you authorize RC Remodeling to contact you using the methods described in our Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time via our Opt-Out page.

The Site, its content, brand assets, photography, and design are owned by RC Remodeling & Construction or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

The Site may contain links to third-party sites that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites and recommend reviewing their terms and privacy policies before use.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. RC REMODELING DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RC Remodeling and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. The updated Terms will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site after the update constitutes acceptance.
